Returns and cancellations
For UK online orders, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.
Email phantomrider.store@gmail.com with your order number to cancel or request return instructions and the correct return address.
Refunds include any standard outbound delivery charge and are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop; deductions may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
